Marcelo began his career with Advantage Maintenance Inc. over 30 years ago as a project worker, learning the business from the ground up. Through hard work, consistency, and a commitment to excellence, he quickly stood out as someone who could be counted on to get the job done right.
Over time, Marcelo built a deep understanding of our services, equipment, and processes—earning the respect of both his peers and leadership. His dedication and leadership skills led to his promotion to Project Manager, where he now plays a key role in our operations.
Leading Our Specialized Project Teams
Today, Marcelo manages eight two-man crews that perform all of our specialty project work. Coordinating multiple teams across different job sites requires strong organization, communication, and attention to detail—and Marcelo delivers on all fronts.
Under his leadership, these crews handle a wide range of services, including:
- Floor scrubbing and refinishing (VCT, stone, and epoxy flooring)
- Deep cleaning and restoration projects
- Post-construction cleanups
- Carpet extraction and specialty floor care
- One-time and emergency cleaning services
