  3. You form better relationships.
  4. Constructive feedback motivates people.
  5. Feedback promotes personal and professional growth.
  6. Feedback helps to create a friendly work environment
  7. Feedback produces some business-related, direct benefits.

When to Recieve Feedback

Advantage Maintenance Inc. looks to get feedback, from different sources, depending on the situation. We are currently looking to get feedback, from prospects, along with customers. It is important to receive feedback from prospects, even those who did not become customers. This allows us to gauge where we stood out, and what we could have done differently during the quoting process. We make note of all feedback and use it to better align with the prospects’ needs for the next time we get an opportunity to quote!

As stated above, we also look to receive feedback from our customers, new and existing. After the first day of service, our customers are encouraged to fill out questioners regarding service, so we can keep an open line of communication, and better understand how to meet their needs.

How to Recieve Feedback

Face to face meetings to discuss progress is the best way to recieve feedback, but this is not always possible. It’s best to create and deploy a timed email, that allows the prosepect or customer to respond to some questions regarding serivce or the quoting process. Leave a section opened-ended for the customer or prospect to reflect in their own words how the process is going! Always make sure to save comments in your CRM to refer to, when in a renewel meeting or when another quote oppertunity arises.

Advantage Maintenance Feedback

Advantage maintenance Inc. encourages monthy feedback from customers and prospects. This allows us to keep open communication and allows us to be as transparent as possible from quoting to our first day of serivce! We love seeing the 5 star serivce raiting!
